Standing at the crossroad of art and science, a core focus is formulating glazes and clay from our local granite rock. The pottery is primarily functional, using glazes, granite-based and otherwise, that depict the natural colors and textures of the Point Reyes wilderness. Often inspiration comes from ancient Greek forms, especially from the Minoan civilization of Crete.
